What a roof check finds
One house in Skagit County, one visit in March. Jhony started in the attic, because the underside of a roof tells you more than the top of it does.
Moss and lichen hold water against the roof instead of letting it run off. That is why they matter here more than they would somewhere dry. Jhony photographs all of it, shows you the pictures, and tells you what they mean.
